JWK digs into the essence of what you built
and reveals an identity that finally represents it —
with a rigorous method and an aesthetic that becomes a legacy.
If so, this is exactly where JWK comes in.
In November 2015, Wescley Rony was laid off. He worked as an appliance salesman — but studied branding in his spare time, with the clarity of someone who knows where they want to go but hasn't yet found the door. The layoff was that door.
It was in sales that he learned what really drives a purchase decision. It's not the color palette. It's not the logo. It's perception — what a brand makes someone feel before they even open their mouth to ask the price.
In 2016, JWK was formally born. With a clear purpose: to reveal the essence of what every business already is — and build the identity it deserved from the start.
A 4-phase methodology to structure the brand platform — diagnosis, positioning, narrative, and executive brand book. A deep process that reveals the essence of the business and translates it into actionable brand strategy.

We define positioning, purpose, and brand architecture with executive clarity.
We translate strategy into a coherent, scalable, and recognizable visual system.
We take the brand to the right channels, with the right message, for the right people.
Branding doesn't end at delivery. We follow the brand's evolution over time.
An occupational health company in Fortaleza with 12 years in the market, no clear positioning, and 100% dependent on referrals. In 8 months of Full Branding 360°, we built the brand platform, redesigned the identity, and activated its digital presence.
Every project starts from scratch — a real diagnosis of the business, the market, and current perception. No solution is copied from another client.
We never create a visual identity without a defined brand platform. The visual is a consequence of the strategy — not the other way around.
We define metrics before starting. We track results during and after. Branding that doesn't generate results isn't branding — it's art.
We build living systems — that sustain growth, differentiate in the market, and evolve with the business over time.
Branding is the complete system: strategy, positioning, purpose, narrative, tone of voice, and visual identity. Visual identity is just the visual layer of that system — logo, colors, typography, patterns. Doing only visual identity without branding is like building a facade with no foundation.
Descoberta Branding takes between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the business and the client's availability for co-creation sessions. Full Branding 360° is a monthly contract with no set end date — it evolves as the company grows.
We work with SMEs and mid-sized companies that recognize their brand as a strategic asset. We don't work with pre-revenue startups or micro-businesses looking only for a logo design. Our method requires client commitment — it works best with those who already have a clear business direction.
It's a monthly management contract where JWK acts as your outsourced strategic department. It includes branding, marketing, content, design, and market intelligence. There are 3 plans (Essential, Advanced, and Executive) with progressive scopes. Each month has defined deliverables, alignment meetings, and a performance report.
No. The process takes 6 to 18 months. However, the filing date already guarantees priority — whoever files first has preference over anyone who later tries to register the same trademark. That's why we recommend starting registration as soon as possible, even while the business is still growing.
